Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favorite products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us at johannasrituals@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology. We never store your full payment details on our servers.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days, expedited takes 2–3 business days, and overnight delivery is available for next-day arrival.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is coming soon!
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
How do I start a return?
Email us at johannasrituals@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.
