At Johanna's Rituals, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

Unused and unopened
In their original packaging
In the same condition as received

How to Start a Return

Email us at johannasrituals@gmail.com with:

Your order number
The item(s) you'd like to return
The reason for your return

We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us at johannasrituals@gmail.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened bath and body products
Used candles or aromatherapy items
Sale or final sale items
