Refunds

Our Refund Policy

At Johanna's Rituals, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our refund policy below so you know exactly what to expect.

Eligibility

We accept refund requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used wellness products for hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund, please email us at johannasrituals@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with the next steps.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds: opened or used products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
