How to Use

1. Connect electrode cables to the pads and plug them into Channels A & B.
2. Remove the protective film from each electrode and apply it to the desired area of your body.
3. Power on the TENS Unit.
4. Press the “M” key to select one of the 36 massage modes for Channel A (or B).
5. Use the “T” key to adjust the session duration (10–60 minutes).
6. Adjust intensity with the “+” or “–” buttons independently for each channel.
7. Lock the mode using the round button if desired.
8. After the session, turn off the device and store the electrodes in the pad holder.

• Do not apply electrodes near the heart, sensitive areas of the brain, scars, throat, or mouth.
• Avoid touching pads while the device is on.
